If you rent the house, buy a policy owner. If you later decide to go live and not rented out. The policy owner can be canceled / rewritten for the policy owner.

Yes, but only if you are moving directly into the house.
Do not think you can change and they do not know ... because they, and if you suffer a loss, that the claim can be denied completely.
